Mon through Sat, 8 AM to 8 PM. Emergency calls 24/7. After-hours trips are $125 — I tell you that before I head out.

What's your warranty?+

Repairs: 2 years parts and labor. Installations: 10-year manufacturer parts (ACiQ) plus lifetime labor from me. Thermostats: lifetime labor.

What if I don't want the repair after you diagnose it?+

The $79 diagnostic is still due — you're paying for professional time, testing, and a real answer. You leave with clarity either way.

Do you charge extra for after-hours?+

Yes. $125 emergency trip fee for after-hours calls. I always tell you that before dispatching so there's no surprise.
