What we collect

When you fill out a form on our website or on one of our ads, we collect what you give us:

  • Your email address
  • Your service address
  • Details about the service you need

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • Contact you about your request
  • Give you an estimate
  • Schedule and complete your service
  • Send appointment reminders, invoices, and follow-ups about your job

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing.

Tools we use

We use a few trusted services to run our business:

  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead forms. If you submit a form on one of our ads, Meta collects that information and passes it to us. Meta's own privacy policy also applies to what you do on its platforms.
  • Housecall Pro. We use it to schedule jobs, send estimates and invoices, and text or email you about your service.
  • Google Analytics. It counts visits and shows which pages get used, using cookies. It does not give us your name or contact info. You can block it with your browser's cookie settings.

These services only get the information they need to do that work for us.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your request, your appointment, or your job. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time. Call or text us at the number below.

How we protect it

We only keep your information as long as we need it to serve you and keep required business records. We limit who can see it.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
