1. Using this website

The info on this site is general. Prices, specials, and availability can change. Don't misuse the site or try to break it.

2. Quotes and estimates

The diagnostic is $79. It covers the first 30 minutes on site, testing, and a clear explanation. After I diagnose the problem, I quote the repair before any work starts. The $79 is still due if you decline the repair. Replacement estimates are free. No hidden fees.

3. Scheduling and arrival

You can book online, or call or text (470) 999-7395. Hours are Mon–Sat, 8 AM–8 PM. Emergency service is available. An after-hours emergency trip is $125, diagnostic included, and I'll tell you that before I head out. Arrival times are windows, not guarantees. Same-day is often available, but it's never promised. If you need to cancel or reschedule, call or text as early as you can.

4. Payments

Payment is due when the work is done, unless your written estimate says otherwise. The price you approve is the price you pay, unless you OK added work first.

5. Warranty

• Repairs: 2 years parts and labor.
• Full-system ACiQ installs: 10-year manufacturer parts warranty plus lifetime labor from Chris Can Fix It. The parts warranty follows the manufacturer's terms, including any registration they require.
• Thermostats: lifetime labor.

The warranty covers our work and the parts we install. It doesn't cover unrelated failures, damage from misuse or accidents, or work done by someone else. If your written estimate has different warranty terms, those terms apply to that job.

6. Text messages (SMS)

If you give me your number, you agree to get texts about your service, like booking confirmations, appointment updates, and estimates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call (470) 999-7395. Consent to texts isn't required to buy service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent Georgia law allows, CCFI LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

9. Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
