How much is a diagnostic?
The diagnostic is a flat $79. It covers the trip and the first 30 minutes on site, including testing and a plain-English explanation of what's wrong.
Will I know the price before you start?
Yes. After the diagnostic you get one flat price for the repair, and no work starts until you say yes.
Do you give repair price ranges or split parts and labor?
No. Every repair gets one flat-rate price for the whole job, quoted after the diagnostic.
How much is a tune-up?
A heating or AC tune-up is $79.
Are replacement estimates free?
Yes. If you're thinking about a new system, the replacement estimate is free.
What if I need help after hours?
After-hours service has a $125 trip fee, and it includes the diagnostic.
What warranty do repairs come with?
Repairs carry a 2-year parts and labor warranty.
What warranty comes with a new install?
Installs come with lifetime labor from us, plus the manufacturer's parts warranty.
What is the ACiQ manufacturer warranty?
ACiQ gas furnaces carry a 10-year parts warranty with registration within 90 days. ACiQ heat pumps carry a 7-year parts and 12-year compressor warranty with registration. ACiQ air handlers carry a 7-year parts warranty with registration.
